What led you to believe in Oneness?...
Why I believe in Oneness? I believe we are all connected because that concept was shown to me during a deep meditation in the early '90's, although I did not understand it at the time. That was around the time that I first began to study, due to the death of a love, so as to try to understand why this wonderful man had been put in my path, only to be taken But I digress. I believe in Oneness because my teacher appeared when I was ready to learn. Sounds silly, doesn't it? Yeah, does to me, too.
If life is an Earth School (Gary Zukav) and being in 5th grade doesn't make you any better than being in 1st grade, you are just in 5th grade, what grade are you in?...
We're all one, all connected, much like you might see little veins of gold stretching out like fingers from the ''mother lode'', dividing and crossing. Squiggling and squirming. One is not better than the other, one may have just reached out further, that's all. I'm thinking that maybe, in respect to the subject of the question (''school'' and ''grades''), the goal here may be to sit back, relax, learn, enjoy, and love, this grade we are presently in, instead of so looking toward the next grade, straining toward it, and struggling to get there quicker, for in the struggle, we lose sight of where we are, and we forget to enjoy the present. We advance quicker in Earth's denseness. The grade level isn't really important, as long as we're not stagnated, or stuck, and as long as we are open to receive, so that we go up. Never lose sight of the big picture, and never give up. All is for a reason, even though we may not see it at the moment. (That was sort of a garbled answer, and I am sure thankful for the ability to edit! The answer may even be more distinct the next time, or it may even be an entirely different answer.) I wonder......I wonder why I came here, what is my purpose? We all wonder that, at some point.
Briefly describe your journey to this point...
My journey here began in September of 1988, when my first ''true love'' was shot and killed. (He was also a great teacher, most likely put in my path to begin this life-long quest.) So, I've read everything I could get my hands on, attended a seminar by Rosemary Althea (1998, NYC, USA), asked questions that went unanswered, then stumbled across the answer to a subconscious thought, which turned out to be the answer to a future wonderment, but meant not a damn thing at the time. I've learned to keep good notes! I've learned to be very specific with what I ''ask'' for. My answers now come almost instantly.I know (now) to keep it between the ditches on this path I travel. I listen closely, especially when those gut feelings scream at me. I think that being aware is one of the best things to be, but I may learn something different tomorrow, for change is guaranteed, and one must roll with it. My path is not the only one, we all have a path, millions and billions of paths crisscrossing as we go along. I'm still learning, and I know that not even my physical death will stop that. Death is just another doorway we go through, like an exit on the freeway, always leading in another direction we need to go. My one great regret at this present time is that I did not get a session with Dolores Cannon before she passed. Current read: ''The Three Waves of Volunteers and the New Earth'' by Dolores Cannon
Describe your Formal Education...
Formal education: Graduated from a small-town country high school. Took time off to have kids and husbands. Went to college 24 years later, but the bill collectors didn't agree with my desire for a degree. A job opportunity arose. I took it, and began my next leg of the journey. I'm retired now, and still workin' on that degree, but in ''life classes''; ha, I probably wouldn't have used a formal degree anyway.
Describe your Personality...
Hummprhh. I can't. I can only describe what goes on inside my head, not the personality that others see, and that seems to be two entirely different things. My friends describe me as generous, friendly, intelligent, and maybe a little eccentric. From in here, it looks very different.
Describe your Essence...
Wow. Another description that I don't know, and certainly can't paint it for coherent viewing. The only way I can put words to it is this: I feel like a hungry sponge, looking for my next few drops (or large body) of liquid (knowledge) to soak up. I wonder, and I wander. One thing that I have tried to engrave into my ''essence'' is this--Being judgmental is useless, because perspective means everything.

Hello everyone ... glad you're all available and our life experiences are fodder for a new love revolution. The 60's and 70's were a dynamic bunch of 18 year olds now in a year ending in '18. How interesting to my creative mind!!
I live in White Rock, near Vancouver BC, and am also looking to join a Deepest Heart Desire's group.
cheers ... Charon
Hi Everyone,
I'm joining you from the beautiful Gold Coast, Queensland in Australia :))
For most of this year, I've had the feeling that I need to step it up into a greater capacity and expression of what I'm here on this beautiful Planet to contribute.
Joining Barbara's Deep Self-Evolution Program seems like the next step. I need a community of like-minded people who are committed to being the tip of the arrow with the wave of evolution now required of us. My passion is the beauty and power of the female body, which I see as a microcosm of the Earth body. As above, so below. My PhD explored female biology as sacred. I'm a women's health educator, practitioner and hypnotherapist and my practice, Miraculous Moments, is dedicated to restoring the sacredness of the female body, the beauty of our reproductive power and our innate connection to the Earth.
My deepest heart's desire is to deepen and expand my impact about the sacredness of the female body. My book, Activate Your Female Power, is one step in that direction. I know my book is already changing lives and I'm looking for how I can amplify that impact on the collective. I believe that when the female body is honoured and respected, then the Earth body is honoured and respected. When women really connect with our female power, the Mother Bear in us growls awake! She is fiercely protective of ALL life forms on the planet. As large numbers of women begin to embody that Mother Bear, their biological leadership emerges to lead us into sustainable sanity. May we rise to the occasion with irrepressible optimism and courage.
Much love and blessings,
Sharon
