Click on Forum, select a Forum or Add Discussion and use the Reply box to share with your group. There is a Reply link at the end of each Reply to respond to each Reply. It is small initially and there is an icon in the lower right corner to enlarge it. You can also add Links, Photos and Videos.

    Perhaps this should be a co-creative exploration of managing through non-management. Organisation through non-organising. What I'm referring to is a natural emergence of Oneness to organise itself without any particular 'One' doing anything in particular. There is a hub in the UK called UnityNow, running along the same lines as this www.UnityNow.co.uk. Which is a loose framework of activities, gatherings, workshops and conferences creating space for higher consciousness to emerge without fear and play in the light, create a new world, or way of being. I'm happy to put some energy in to co-creating this hub and to surrender to what arises.

    What would it mean to 'manage' this sector?  What are your thoughts/expectations of what will be done by a 'manager'?

      Thank you so much, Machai, for showing interest in managing the Hub Community. I really have no idea what that is going to look like. I am hoping that each manager cocreates something awesome with the members of their Community and we all inspirit each other;-) For this one in particular, I think it needs to be someone with a real understanding that we are ALL in the Hub of Oneness and then perhaps we specialize in one or more of the sectors/spheres. What do you think?
