Click on Forum, select a Forum or Add Discussion and use the Reply box to share with your group. There is a Reply link at the end of each Reply to respond to each Reply. It is small initially and there is an icon in the lower right corner to enlarge it. You can also add Links, Photos and Videos.

I join the HUB in the understanding it is related to the earlier Frequency Holders Space.

Focusing my Attention on raising my own Frequency & practicing the integration & stabilisation of the codes is the only contribution to the whole I can thus far offer .... I Trust that in the fullness of time as I evolve I will receive the more specific guidance I am asking for to enable participation in another sector/s .... For Now I am Present & Feel the Need to Step UP (without clear purpose!) Belong Lovingly within the Spiral, connected to the WHOLE as my 3 selves become integrated & whole, my purpose unfolds along the way & so it is ....
