The resonant field can be prepared by musing why we were born at this moment at a particular place into certain circumstances. What was our wish, if we assume that we chose and were chosen by our spiritual family to advance their mission. Did the soon-to-be-born (especially when first-born) bring mother and father together?
Drawing a timeline can enhance our inquiry by highlighting certain age-moments. Were there special happenings at 7, 14, 21, 28, etc. Or at 8, 16, 24, 32, etc. Other systems may offer clues, like the Chinese calendar where 12 is the main unit, with 5 elements - the 60th birthday is the begin of a new cycle. Or the Mayan moon-based calendar where 26 and 52 years are pivotal points. Of course, a personal horoscope reveals a lot about the moment of birth and ongoing transit energies to harness.
I find this edition to your previous suggestion considering key points in our lives very helpful Freed, shall we do a trial run at our Amsterdam meeting next week? even without following your 2nd paragraph specific recommendations to access why we chose to be born when we were? I imagine meditating on this question for the coming week will reveal insights .... thanks!
Yes, we did, with a wonderful almost complete Dutch HAU team, including you dear Sue. And our lovely guest from Australia, Dana. Instead of sharing in turns, we glimpsed birth circumstances and key points of our life story in our circle of six. We first set a resonant field of compassion, openness, safe space. love, expansion. It was a revealing process, full of vulnerability and support. Our new species has been awakened a bit more. And it goes on. Outside HAU, we can initiate this on a personal one-to-one basis with partner / best friend / child / parent / colleague. And become transformed each time. While getting clarity to join the sector-field of our deepest heart's desire.

What is it you want for yourself, for your family, for your community, and for Humanity? When you look out into the world and see the way that Humanity has evolved, and come to realise that Humanity is the collective reflection of all the individuals in world, does it make you stop and think, ‘How has it come to this?’ Or does it make you stop and think, ‘Alright Humanity, way to go’. Or are you aware of aspects that are good, aspects that are not so good, and aspects that need improvement? Is the world that you are living in getting more complex? Perhaps so complex that you cannot possibility comprehend what is happening, or where Humanity is going, so that you find you are distancing yourself and beginning to live a more isolated life, where what is important to you is only that which you see in your neighbourhood?
The evolution of Humanity is by no means set in stone. We still have wars, bloodshed and violence. Our nuclear capability still affords us the ability to destroy ourselves and millions of other species along with us….and yet there are plenty of happy people going about their daily business, as if what is happening in the world is none of their business.
Can Human Consciousness solve all the problems Humanity faces, and yet still retain the ‘fun’ elements? The path of human evolution is still open for debate as to whether we have it in us to create a more peaceful, harmonious and sustainable way of life. Are you up for the debate? Understanding Human Consciousness is the first step to understanding how great you personally are and how great we and Humanity can be, through our collective creativity and potential. From there arises an understanding of what you truly want for yourself, for your family, your community and for Humanity.
